BAZARUTO ISLAND VIEW ESTATE

The property is 42 hectares in total and will comprise the following sections on the estate:

1. BIVE Private Residence: There will be 146 privately owned holiday homes, of which a large portion has already been sold to investors. These Investors have all committed to initiate construction within the next 3 years once the first show house has been completed.

2. BIVE Boutique Hotel: The boutique hotel will consist of luxury accommodation and will include a restaurant with a beach bar and a convenience store. There will also be some of the additional facilities such as diving and boats for excursions to the islands.

3. BIVE Holiday Resort: Bazaruto Island View Estate will have a holiday resort with a five star hotel, conference and sports facilities, water sports as well as fun-filled entertainment, restaurants with bars and cocktail lounges, curio shops, boutiques and other shops which are expected from an exotic sea and island holiday destination. A gym and health spa will form an integral part of the holiday resort and cabanas. Where silver white sandy beaches are embraced between the lush green indigenous bush, with countless palm trees, and the crystal-clear waters of the warm tropical Indian Ocean, making a vacation here a truly exotic experience.

4. BIVE Small Crafts Marina: Mooring facilities for small and larger motorized or sailing yachts will be available in our very luxury marina. Restaurants, bars and open decking areas will form part of this 1.5km enclosed marina. There will be sections with glass floors inside the restaurants and other areas which will allow views into the sea, especially over the areas where you can find existing reefs with coral and countless marine life. You will be able to sit at your table and view a natural existing reef with an abundance of sea creatures beneath your feet.

5. BIVE Luxury Homes: There will be a further 84 super luxury holiday homes especially for the yacht owners who have shown interest in keeping their luxury power yachts in our small crafts marina. Certified fuel will be available on the estate for these yachts.

6. BIVE Medical Facility: There will be a medical facility to ensure that we will have exceptional medical care for all our residents and homeowners and all guests visiting Bazaruto Island View Estate or anyone using any of the facilities on the estate. This is especially attractive for the older guests and patrons. We already have many pensioners from South Africa who have shown interest in building their retirement holiday homes for a tropical break away from the colder winter months.

7. BIVE Lakeside Lodge: This will be a small very private 5-star facility for clients and relatives of the BIVE Medical facility and will cater for mainly high and semi-high profile clients and their guests who will come for discreet treatments at the BIVE Medical Facility.

8. BIVE Business Centre: This Business Center will provide fully furnished, serviced office space. We will provide full office solutions with all business services and facilities. The reception staff will answer your calls in your company name, route calls to you and take messages. All cleaning facilities, meeting rooms with conference facilities, internet solutions and catering services will be conveniently available and much more.

9. BIVE Central Office and BIVE Rental Agent: A rental office will be an important component on the estate to ensure that all Homeowners who wish to maximize the benefits of their returns from renting out their properties as mentioned above under the section BIVE Private Residence. Our rental division will rent out the privately owned homes on the BIVE Private Residence section to holiday makers or other people visiting the area, for short to longer periods on behalf of the Homeowners. The BIVE Rental Agents will take full control and responsibility to rent out these properties and to ensure that good care is taken with proper management to ensure that these properties are always in tip top condition.

10. BIVE Cultural Village: Here the rich history of the area will be depicted and played out to tourists visiting Vilanculos.

Additional Facilities There will be a helipad with a helicopter for transfers to and from the Vilanculos International airport as well as flips over the islands and other excursions. Power yachts, boats and sail boats will be available for hire to make it possible for everyone on the estate to maximize the island experience and other destinations in the surrounding area with the clear waters, reefs and spectacular marine life.

Luxury 4X4 vehicles will also be available to the homeowners and guests staying on the holiday resort for hiring as well as for transfers to and from the airport.
